All shipments received must be opened, inspected and immediately noted to the driver of damage or missing merchandise. All boxes and packaging must be kept until damage claim is resolved or claim may be denied. Claims must be made within 24 hours.
Art Display Essentials typically uses UPS, the Post Office and FedEx to ship. You can make your choice before checking out.
NOTE: Shipping prices are pulled and calculated from the shipping company itself. If a shipping price seems unusually high contact us to check to make sure it is accurate. However, be aware that UPS, FedEx, and the Post Office does not take into account how inexpensive an order may be, they all have their minimum charge regardless of weight and value.

UPS and Fed Ex may not guarantee expedited delivery on long or large packages. (so "Next Day" shipping may not get there the next day)
*FedEx picks up the next business day, so 1 day may be added to shipping time.Freight is also a shipping option for large or heavy orders.Orders are typically processed in two to three business days except around holidays.International shipments, are at the customer's risk after the shipment leaves the USA. We cannot be responsible for carriers outside the USA. Tax and duty may be additional and are the responsibility of the receiver. Shipping charges, including initial shipping charges, are not refunded if items are returned. The receiver's phone number is required for customs.
**For international orders be aware that UPS may charge excessive brokerage fees! Choosing the Post Office may be a better option.
