If you are a tax-exempt organization and tax is being displayed on your order you need to first create an account.
Next complete this Tax Exemption Form and return it signed to Orders@artdisplay.com with your Organizations name, Billing address, Shipping address, Contact Name, Phone Number, and any other relevant Tax exemption documents.
Once we have reviewed the form, we will set your organization to be tax exempt, and we will notify you that you may proceed with your order.
