Returns

Call Art Display Essentials (1-800-862-9869) for a return authorization number within 30 days of ship date. The return authorization number must be on the outside of the box(es) of the shipment being sent back. Returns are allowed at the discretion of Art Display Essentials. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. Custom items are not returnable.

A 15% restocking fee will apply!

Damage Claims

All merchandise is carefully packaged and inspected before shipping. Upon acceptance of the shipment, the carrier assumes the responsibility for safe delivery. If you receive a shipment from us with damaged merchandise (including concealed damage) please do as follows:

1. Please accept the shipment in its entirety, including the damaged cartons.
2. Retain all shipping cartons and packing materials for inspection by the carrier.
3. If received via UPS, call UPS (1-800-742-5877) within 10 days of ship date and request an inspection and pick-up of the merchandise.

If received via FedEx, call FedEx (1-800-463-3339) within 10 days of ship date for instructions.
